Holistic Wellness & Healing
The present generation’s conventional or modern health care system, though it has made great advancements in diagnosing and managing serious diseases through surgery and medicine, comes at a big cost, both financial and physical. The financial cost is so high that even in developed countries, it is not accessible to everyone without long waiting. The physical level of the cost is terrible, as the third biggest cause of death in developed countries is the side effects of the synthetic medicines!
Ayurveda and Ashtanga Yoga are the options that contribute a lot to managing and preventing most of the present generation lifestyle and autoimmune diseases if practiced in letter and spirit. In India, there are thousands of public and private health care centres where a big percentage of the population is availing the benefits of this option. And it is officially being promoted by the government of India as a better alternative for new generation diseases.
